"Pursuing Arts in Research (PAIR)"_ with the purpose of delivering Humanities to Human using the Arts of Humans by EMReF as a member of Global Research Network For Parliaments and People (GRNPP). This event was held on the 13th of February, 2019 at Inya Lake Hotel Yangon and in this event Ma Thida, Member of PEN International, Performance Artist Zoncy, Dan Seng Lawn, Director of Kachinland Research Centre and Mi Cherry Soe Mon, Director of Jeepyah Civil Society Development Organization were taking part as panelists and Nwet Kay Khine, Head of Arts and Partnership from British Council, Yangon as a moderator.
