The Operational Plan for the Strengthening of the Research Capacity of the Shan State Hluttaw was drafted and finalized by the Shan State Hluttaw and Canadian Parliamentary Centre (CPC), in partnership with Enlightened Myanmar Research Foundation (EMReF) between 13 and 14 October, 2018 at the Shan State Hluttaw, Taunggyi, the Capital of Shan State.
