Aye Lei Tun, Gender Program Manager of EMReF, participated in Mizzima Dialogue on 14th July 2017, to discuss “Gender and Harassment at Workplace”. In this dialogue, the main issues such as the meaning of harassment, the difference between sexual harassment and sexual assault, types of harassment that women are mostly experienced, and the coping strategies, were mainly discussed. EMReF is expanding its activities by developing Gender Program Department to more focus on gender related research and trainings. Please see the link below for the dialogue:
